Robert Sacks, 77, passed away October 22, 2005, beloved son of the late Morris and Pearl Sacks; loving father of Susan (Steven) Kahn, Debra (Jay) Strauss, David Sacks and the late Maureen; adoring grandfather of Brandon Strauss (fiance Kim Omansky), Issac Kahn, Stephanie Strauss, Daniel Strauss, Matthew Strauss; fond brother of Shelia Nathanson; dear uncle to many nieces and nephews; former husband of Dawn Miller. Mr. Sacks was a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was the former owner of Spauldings, Inc., in Chicago and a diligent conversant in current events and history. Services will be held Monday, October 24, 2005 at 1 p.m. at Weinstein Funeral Home, North Shore Chapel, 111 Skokie Blvd., Wilmette (1 block north of Old Orchard.)
