Stuck in the hospital while The Shape again stalks her (and manages to flat-line the entire staff in the pro-cess), the twist here is that the big guy is Laurie’s long-lost brother looking for a homicidal reunion.
`EVIL DEAD II’ (1987): Bruce Campbell, the ultimate B-movie actor, returns as Ash, the guy with the chainsaw for a hand fighting off ancient malevolent spirits single-handedly (literally) at a secluded cabin in the woods. Inventive director Sam Raimi manages to convey camp, horror and dread in this way II cool little sequel.
`BLADE II’ (2002): Martial arts vampire hunter Wesley Snipes forms a tentative alliance with his enemy in order to fight an even bigger adversary of the Undead in this gore-galore sequel that came four years after the original.
