Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...
I’m happy for the White Sox. And I don’t want to rain on the parade, but let’s not forget who leads them. It’s the same Ozzie Guillen who said on June 18: “Everybody cheats. If you don’t get caught, you’re a smart player or pitcher. . . . If you’re doing whatever you’re not supposed to do and you don’t get caught, keep doing it.” As for his pitchers, Guillen said: “As long as they win games, I hope they cheat.”
How would Chicagoans feel if the 20,000 Ozzie masks included the phrase, “I hope they cheat.”?
