– The fall Chevy/Vettefest comes to McCormick Place North Nov. 5 and 6. The event will feature some 300 Chevrolets and Corvettes competing for awards in several categories. The event will feature a tribute to the “396 Chevys of 1965,” including three Z16 Chevelles. There also will be a car sale and swap meet. Hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day.
