Morris Rubinstein was cherished by many. His heart was filled with love for those who survive him. 62 years ago, he married his lifelong partner, Betty. Together, they brought into this world Ida, who married Mark Manning, Charlotte, who married Michael Salvati, and Joyce, who married Mitchell Pollakoff; when grandchildren arrived in the persons of Vince and Joe Salvati and Zachary and Alexandra Pollakoff, Morris’ amazing heart filled even more with unbridled love; he is also survived by his two brothers, Meyer and Irving Rubinstein. Morris and Betty are survivors of the Holocaust. In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made to: The Holocaust Memorial Foundation of Illinois, 4255 Main Street, Skokie IL 60076, or to the Midwest Hospice and Palliative Care Center, 2050 Claire Court, Glenview, IL 60025.
