At the White Sox World Series ticker tape parade on Oct. 28, there were many wonderful signs displayed. But one little girl’s poster was far and away my favorite.
The months-old tiny girl, all in pink, was held high on her daddy’s shoulders. Her sign, pinned to her front, read, “I’ve waited 4 months for this!”
