It seems to me that all the time and energy invested in the debate between proponents of intelligent design and evolution might well be invested in finding better ways of resolving disputes between nations without killing thousands of innocent people and spending billions of dollars to destroy valuable resources.
Maybe we could design an intelligent way to evolve into a peaceable race of beings.
