Now that she is no longer a principled reporter holding out to protect her confidential source, the story of Judith Miller now reads like a textbook case in journalism corrupted. Miller used her position to broadcast the White House’s agenda and in the process trampled on any facts and voices that got in her way. It is hoped that Miller’s fall can renew a serious call for journalistic ethics.
