I wish to add my voice to those supporting the control of restaurant noise. I seldom, however, find children in the restaurants I frequent. I do, though, find noisy adults who seem to need to scream during their conversations. I would like to see them controlled too. We are on the cusp of smoke-free restaurants in Chicago. If we could keep the voices lowered and ban perfumed ladies, our dining experiences would be much improved.
