Randy and Denise Millar of Syracuse, Ind., have announced the engagement of their daughter Katie to Bryan Searcy, son of Skip and Kay Searcy of Naperville.
The future bride received a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Purdue University. She is a teacher at Syracuse Elementary School.
The future groom received a bachelor’s degree in health and kinesiology from Purdue University. He is a construction worker at Breden Services.
The couple have planned a July 22 wedding at Tippecanoe Lake Country Club in Leesburg, Ind. They will reside in Downers Grove.
