Steve Forstneger’s letter to the editor (“GM’s demise,” Voice of the people, Nov. 28) was right on. I do wish the top officials of GM would read what the masses have to say. Have those men at the top ever looked at reports regarding GM’s reliability records? A GM car was never considered by me because of those records. If Toyota can produce consistently reliable cars in this country, then what is GM’s problem? The top guys need to get a grip on what is really wrong.
