Alton T. Range, Vet. WWII, age 85, loving husband of the late Gloria M., nee Mares, for over 57 years; loving father of Allen (Nancy, nee Majewski); cherished grandfather of Barbara and Diana Range; devoted son of the late Frank and Cecilia Range. Alton was a retired commercial graphic artist with 30 years of service at Borg-Warner Research in Des Plaines. Family and friends to meet Friday morning at the Edgebrook Luthern Church, 5252 W. Devon Ave., for services at 10:30 a.m. Interment St. Adlabert Cemetery, Visitation Thursday, from 4 to 9 p.m. at the Smith- Corcoran Funeral Home, 6150 N.
