Charles A. “Charlie” Slack, age 75. Beloved husband of Carol Cain, nee Ahearn; loving father of Norman Slack, Steven (Shirley) Cain, Kathy Baur, Debra (Albert) Britton, Robert (Bonny) Cain, Kimberly (Brian) Carrico, David (Megan) Cain, Lawrence (Lilia) Cain and Kevin Cain; dearest grandfather of 20 and greatgrandfather of one; fond uncle of Crystal, Charles, Cindy, Scott, Alysia, Helena, Laura and the late Cheryl; preceded in death by his parents and two siblings. Veteran of the U.S.M.C. Korean War, and a member of the Gilford Water Club and the Stationary Engineers Union Local #143. Resting at Thomas McInerney’s Sons Funeral Home, 4635 S.
