Vincent A. Guest, 87, of Palatine, died peacefully Tuesday afternoon, December 6, 2005. A veteran of World War II, he served overseas with the U.S. Army. Vincent had a C.P.A. and attended the University of Chicago and Loyola University. He worked for Blue Cross/Blue Shield and the Chicago Board of Education for many years. Vincent was ahead of his time and had a wonderfully dry sense of humor. He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Mary and Vincent Gecewicz and his beloved brother, George Guest. He is survived by his beloved sister-in-law Dolores Guest; his loving nieces and nephews Mary Hill, Catheryn (John) Fogarty, James Guest, Thomas Guest, Patricia (Randy) Guest, Carolyn (Michael) Ubriaco and many loving grandnieces and grandnephews.
