Wayne M. Russell, born Jan. 8, 1909 in New Albany, IN and a lifelong resident of Chicago and Crete, passed away Dec. 3, 2005. Mr. Russell, a patent attorney, was a manager of patents for Pullman Standard Car Manufacturing Company until retirement. He then worked for a law firm in downtown Chicago. Mr. Russell was the beloved husband of Loretta, nee Clifford; loving father of Loretta (James) Hoffman and Lorayne (Albert R.) Riley cherished grandfather of Tracey (Dr. Anthony) Femiano, Deirdre (Steven) Maislin, Shaun (Dr. Stefan) Pettine and Alan Russell Riley and great-grandfather of Catherine and Elizabeth Renda, Sarah Femiano, Lauren, Henry, Jack and Madeline Pettine.
