This is in response to “An attack on Christmas and religious freedom” (Voice of the people, Dec. 2). Is there a war on Christmas?
You bet there is!
It has nothing to do civil liberties groups and court cases.
The war on Christmas is the never-ending barrage of mercantile materialism.
So let’s wish “Peace on Earth and goodwill toward men” as we fight over parking spaces and the last $30 DVD player at the local mega-mart.
