The photographer who allegedly snapped topless photos of Jennifer Aniston with a telephoto lens tells ABC News he never meant to take the photos. They just … happened.
“She’s the one who went out there topless,” Peter Brandt said. “I didn’t go looking for it.” Brandt said he was trying for photos of Aniston with rumored boyfriend Vince Vaughn.
“I did not trespass,” Brandt said. “When I saw her come out topless, I go, ‘Oh, God, this is not what I want, this is not what people want to buy anyway.’ “
And yet, he took the pictures. At any rate, Brandt said he has not sold the photos, and Aniston filed a lawsuit last week in L.A. to make sure of it.
