– The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is investigating:

57,000 2005 Buick Terraza, Chevrolet Uplander, Pontiac Montana SV6 and Saturn Relay minivans for an electrical problem that can cause stalling or a headlight failure.

– 164,000 2005 Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon pickup trucks because of complaints of failing brake lamp switches, possibly causing the brake lamp to not illuminate.

– 88,000 2004-05 Volvo XC90 sport-utility vehicles for complaints that a retaining nut on the windshield wiper arm may become loose and prevent the wiper blade from working.

NHTSA investigations can lead to vehicle recalls.
