An attorney for Lindsay Lohan’s mother tells People magazine that the “Confessions of a Broken Heart” singer’s parents, Dina and Michael, have decided to settle their bitter divorce. “Dina and the children are delighted that this chapter in their lives is finally over,” Dina’s attorney, Robert Cohen, said. Details of the settlement weren’t disclosed.
