The “Shop until you drop” slogan has become almost sacrilegious in this day and age, when millions of innocent people worldwide are starving and undergoing untold suffering politically and economically.
What a greater world it would be if all that money were spent to alleviate the suffering of the poor and innocent in the true spirit of the Christmas season.
