Jack Davies, 74, residing in Plymouth, IN, formerly of Chicago, IL, for most of his life, loving husband, father, grandfather and brother, passed away on December 17, 2005. His wife, Darlene M. (Brandt), survives him. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, December 19, at the First Baptist Church, 407 W. Elm St., North Liberty, IN 46554, where friends may call two hours prior to services. Palmer Funeral Home, Lakeville, IN, is assisting with arrangements. Contributions in memory of Jack Davies may be donated to the church.
