A photo caption on Page 2 of Monday’s Business section incorrectly stated that a Paris gas station was selling fuel for the equivalent of $1.88 per gallon. In fact, the photo, taken Sept. 6, showed a price of 1.540 euros per liter. Based on Monday’s euro price against the dollar, that would be the equivalent of $1.85 per liter.
The first name of Don Spoelhof was misspelled in a People listing in Sunday’s Business section describing his promotion to regional retail manager, senior vice president of Fifth Third Bank Chicago’s South Region.
A Sunday Dec. 18 Arts & Entertainment story gave an incorrect last name for an actor in the movie “The 40 Year-Old Virgin.” His name is Paul Rudd.
A story on Page 8 of Saturday’s Sports section misidentified the school that defeated Downers Grove South in a high school basketball game. Proviso East won that contest.
