Under a new contract, support personnel for Arlington Heights-based Township High School District 214 will see retroactive raises of 3.5 percent going back to July 1.

The three-year agreement, approved by the district’s board Monday, includes a second-year raise tied to the Consumer Price Index but limited to 3 percent to 4 percent, and a third-year raise of 4 percent.

In return, the 460 members of the district’s Educational Support Personnel Association agreed to drop some previously covered insurance benefits.
