Randy David Wulbert, 43 years old, cherished son of the late Eugene and Beatrice, nee Dubin;cherished brother of Mark (Penny), Jeffry (Jan) and the late Scot (the late Rose) Wulbert; adored uncle of Shayne, Jordan, Jennifer, Justin and Joshua Wulbert. An accomplished resident artist of Little City whose artwork remains is on permanent display at the School of The Art Institute. Randy was a recipient of numerous Special Olympics gold medals. Randy will be remembered for his ability to instill laughter and joy within the Wulbert family. Funeral services Tuesday, 1 p.m. at the Chicago Jewish Funerals Chapel, 195 N. Buffalo Grove Rd.
