Chicago police on Wednesday released a description of a man suspected of fondling a 15-year-old girl last month in Fuller Park.
The incident happened around 5 p.m. Nov. 1 in the 300 block of West 45th Street, where the man approached the girl from behind, fondled her and exposed himself, according to a police community alert.
The suspect is described as a black man, about 23, with a small scar by his right eye. He is 6 foot 5, 185 pounds, and has brown eyes and black hair.
He was reportedly wearing a long-sleeve black shirt and blue jeans and was driving a white van.
