Elise F. Wickersheim, 66, died at Lexington Health Care Center, Lombard, IL on January 17. She is survived by her sisters Roberta Nauman (James Burnidge), Lenore Fitzsimmons, Mary Lou (John) Muehleis and Harriet Swanson; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Elise was preceded in death by her husband Joe Mata, her parents Florence and Harry Wickersheim and her brother-in-law Carl Swanson. A nurse, Elise worked at Presbyterian-St. Luke’s and Wesley Memorial Hospitals and taught at St. Elizabeth Hospital before retiring. Funeral private.
