Marie F. Mill, 95, of Phoenix, loving wife and mother, died Jan. 16, 2006. She was born in Blackfoot, Idaho. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Mary and Michael Phelan; five grandchildren, Tom, David, Kevin, Kathy O’Donnell and Michelle Phelan Lowry; 15 greatgrandchildren.
