Gophers bury No. 13 Hoosiers
Minnesota (10-8, 1-6 Big Ten) handed No. 13 Indiana its worst defeat of the season with a 61-42 win Sunday. The loss also denied the Hoosiers (12-5, 4-3) a chance to force a five-way tie for first place in the Big Ten with Illinois, Iowa, Michigan and
Wisconsin all at 5-2.
Champs hand Rush loss John Dutton was 22-of-34 for 291 yards and eight touchdowns and also ran for a score to help Arena Bowl champion Colorado open the season with a 65-56 win over the Rush. Matt D’Orazio was 22-of-32 for 265 yards and five touchdowns for Chicago and ran 10 times for 19 yards and three TDs.
