Maurice J. Miller, 79, of Deerfield, passed away January 29, 2006. He was the former managing partner of Sidley and Austin Law Firm. Beloved husband of Joyce; loving father of Maureen (Greg) Petersen and Mark (Katherine); cherished grandfather of Trevor and Tanya Petersen and Michelle and Megan Miller; dear brother of Lillian Bennett, Olive Peterson and Joyce Bates. A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2006, from 4 to 8 p.m., at Kelley and Spalding Funeral Home, 1787 Deerfield Rd., Highland Park, IL 60035. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 3, 2006, at 1 p.m., at Christ United Methodist Church, 600 Deerfield Rd., Deerfield, IL 60015. Interment Willow Lawn Cemetery.
