Chicago: A sunny start, but clouds increase from the northwest in the morning and give a midday overcast. Gradual clearing in the afternoon as clouds move to the southeast out of the area. West to southwest winds 10-20 m.p.h. Clear skies overnight allow readings to fall into the 20s.
