With the Oscars only a week away, it’s hard not to get swept up in movie mania. But a look at some of the top nominees got us thinking about — of all things — home decor. From the Western theme of “Brokeback Mountain” to the confetti of colors in “Memoirs of a Geisha,” these films provided us with a bevy of inspiration for the home. The academy might want to think about adding a new awards category next year.
