Wichita, Kas., March 26—[Special.]—After putting in a week roller skating and walking to get into condition, the White Sox had a good practice today. This morning all except Green and Dougherty went to the park and worked for two hours. During the afternoon the whole squad worked out under the direction of Green and Isbell. Most of the time was put in at stick work, Patterson, Rugar and Dougherty pitching to the others. Patterson is the only one who did not complain of a sore arm after the workout. He is in the best condition of any of the squad. Fair weather is promised for tomorrow and Wednesday and three games have been scheduled with the local team.
