Pre-registration for next year’s Crystal Lake Park District Extended Time, an after-school program for District 47 pupils in kindergarten through 5th grade, will be held from 8:30 a.m. to noon Saturday in the administrative office, 1 E. The Marengo Woman’s Club is seeking applications for a scholarship for adult women through May 5. The applicant must be 21 or older, reside in School District 154 and be registered for a minimum of six undergraduate credits or five graduate credits for the fall semester. The award is for $500. Applications are available in the financial aid offices of McHenry County College and Northern Illinois University.
