The executives of the final four NHL playoff teams (all from smaller markets–Edmonton, Anaheim, Buffalo and Carolina) have successfully built fast, physical teams in a relatively short period of time. Not to be outdone, Blackhawks management preoccupies itself by monkeying around with the contract of play-by-play announcer Pat Foley. Maybe that’s a poor choice of words, because even a team run by monkeys could make the playoffs every few years, right?
