… asking for a 7:30 p.m. restaurant reservation and being told I can only get 7:15 p.m. or 7:45 p.m. … Of course, one can always take the 7:15 and show up 15 minutes late.

— MaryAnne Spinner, Chicago

… being in a dressing room with no help whatsoever by any store employee because the store is totally understaffed, like Nordstrom Rack/Oak Brook.

— Linda Flanagan Vahl, Oak Lawn

… loud taxi drivers chatting with their friends, families and lovers over the cell phone as I ride and pay! Can we stop them?

— Jesus Ramirez, Chicago
