Patrick P. Guttilla, passed away on Sunday, May 28, 2006 in Sun City, AZ at the age of 91. He was born in New York City, NY and moved to Chicago as a boy. Pat graduated from Valparaiso University and was a pharmacist in the Chicago area until his retirement in 1984 from Bethany Methodist Home and Hospital as Chief Pharmacist. He and Theresa moved to Arizona to be near their children and families. He is survived by his wife, Theresa nee, Costa; son, Nicholas Guttilla and daughter, Joanna Langdon and their families which include four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters, Katherine Lazzara and Ann Thurko; and brother, Samuel Guttilla, who are still in the Chicago area. His family will cherish his memory. A Memorial Service will be held at the Heritage Funeral Chapel, 6830 W. Thunderbird Rd., Peoria, AZ 85381, on Monday, June 5, 2006. Visitation will be at 6 p.m., with Service at 7 p.m. The family has requested that no flowers be sent.
