Thomas R. Mudrak, 54, of Hammond, IN, passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2006. He is survived by son, Scott Mudrak of Lisle, IL; daughter, Sandra (Gary) Smith of Manhattan, IL; two grandchildren, Scott Mudrak Jr. of Lisle, IL and Samantha Smith of Manhattan; former wife, Barbara Mudrak of Kennett Square, PA; and cousin, James Mudrak of Berwyn, IL. Preceded in death by his father, Richard Mudrak. Mr. Mudrak had been employed as a poker dealer at Resorts Casino in East Chicago, IN for the last nine years. Friends may call on the family on Sunday, June 4 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Virgil Huber Funeral Home, 7051 Kennedy Ave., Hammond, IN.
