Beloved husband of the late Stephanie A., nee Kadziela, Groszek; loving father of Dr. Raymond (Marilyn), James (Elaine) and Donna (Dr. Jack) Casini; dearest grandfather of Jennifer, Maggie, Karen, Dan, Tony, Nick, Vinnie, Paula, Gina and Diane; dear brother of Helen (late Stanley) Zelasko, Sister Mary Alvernia of the Franciscan Sisters of Chicago, Emily Groszek, Lillian (late John) Pastewski and late Ted (Lee) Groszek; fond brother-in-law of Adam (late Julie), Frank (Dorothy) and late Eddie (late Anne) Kadziela; also many nieces and nephews; his devoted caretakers, Janina and Mieczyslaw Zelinski and Zenon and Janusz Gryglak.
