It was interesting to see on the front page the picture of Barack Obama standing behind a lectern displaying the United States presidential seal (which, by the way, should have been removed after the president spoke.)
For those who are waiting for the Second Coming, wait no more.
Obama has arrived.
But what has he done to deserve such lofty expectations, other than refrain from mindlessly parroting the usual Democrat talking points, which consist of nothing more than vitriolic diatribes against the Republican Party?
There is no Democratic plan, no vision or anything that would benefit the country, only doom and gloom and dire predictions for this country’s future. Obama has mostly left this kind of hate speech to Richard Durbin, an embarrassment to the Land of Lincoln, who has not uttered one original or useful idea in his entire term that he has warmed his seat in the U.S. Senate. So before we anoint him as King Obama, let us wait and see if he can do something that is in fact useful and deserving of our admiration and support.
