The Board of Education has approved fee hikes for students in Warren Township High School in the 2006-07 school year. Except for those who cannot pay, students will be asked to pay $50 more, or $250, for the general registration fee. Driver’s education will cost $50 more and band participants will pay $25 more. Lake Forest High School will offer counseling to students during the summer from 9 a.m. to noon Monday, June 19, 26, July 19 and 26; and from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, June 20, 27, July 11, 12, 18 and 25 at the high school. Counselors will enroll new and transferring students, discuss post-secondary options, discuss schedules for the 2006-07 school year and answer miscellaneous questions. The Fremont Education Foundation is conducting a fundraiser by selling inscribed paving bricks. The bricks may be purchased in two sizes: 4 x 8 inches for $50 a brick, and 8 x 8 inches for $80 a brick. Bricks will be installed over the summer.
