I missed Mike North’s latest reference to “Chinaman” (I can’t stand to listen to him; he’s an ignoramus who steps all over everyone), but before I couldn’t take him anymore, I distinctly remember two separate references to Japanese people as Chinamen. I was amazed then there was no fuss. It’s good to see his feet getting held to the fire this time; this isn’t new behavior and it doesn’t seem any more acceptable than he’d probably find being called “French.”
