The man accused of robbing “Lost” star Josh Holloway and his wife at gunpoint last fall–as well as carrying out four other home robberies–has been indicted by an Oahu grand jury, E! Online reports

Ruben Royce, 21, has been charged with 30 felony counts stemming from a three-week crime spree last October, including attempted second-degree murder, armed robbery, first-degree burglary, second-degree theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and firearm violations.

At roughly 4 a.m. on Oct. 12, Royce allegedly broke into the Holloways’ home while the TV star, 36, and his wife, Yessica, 28, were asleep. Wearing a mask and pointing a gun at the couple, Royce allegedly made off with money, credit cards and Holloway’s Mercedes-Benz, threatening to shoot the couple if they didn’t hand over the goods. Police later found the car.

Neither Holloway was harmed. Bail is set at $1 million.
