On Thursday, Paris backed her Range Rover into a parked Honda Civic in a parking garage after a shopping trip, her rep said.
Publicist Elliott Mintz said she didn’t commit a crime by failing to leave a note. “She was swarmed by paparazzi,” he said. “She told me she notified one of the parking people at the facility how to contact her.”
