Muriel S. Nack, nee Smith, 81, June 9, of Glen Ellyn, IL, passed in Gulf Shores, AL, of post polio syndrome multiple complications. Survived by husband Harvey; daughter Laura Tegtmeier (Jim), Dr. Steven; grandsons Christopher, Zachary; sisters Beverly, Shirley, Carol; brother Somers. Possibly the oldest severely handicapped survivor of the Chicago polio epidemic of 1952. Memorial service private and pending.
