Beverly Arts Fair

Missed Hyde Park’s art happenings in early June? Get a dose of art alfresco, South Side-style, at this juried show. Artists of the Wall Festival

It’s not graffiti if you pay to spray, right? Watch more than 100 local artists collaborate on a 500-foot, lakefront mural to the theme of “Nature’s Canvas: The Shoreline and Us.” With live music, arts and crafts and food. Chicago Summerfest in Lincoln Park

Still not sure what to do with Dad this weekend? Face it: All he really wants is a cold brew and easy eats.
