David Schwimmer won a $400,000 judgment in a defamation lawsuit against a former charity fundraiser who claimed the actor demanded two Rolex watches to attend a charity event. Aaron Tonken, who is serving prison time for defrauding other charities, has retracted the statement and apologized, Schwimmer’s publicist said. In a statement Friday, Schwimmer said, “I feel vindicated by the judgment.”
