Carol Lee Pogach, nee Rosen, age 61, wife of Allan; daughter of the late Alfred Rosen and the late Dorothy Rosen; mother of Joel (Amy) Pogach; grandmother of Peyton Pogach; sister of Michael Rosen (Lee Haupt); and aunt of Isabel Rosen (Eric) Scharmer and Patrick (Monica) Rosen; on Tuesday, June 13, in Houston, TX. Carol was trained as a dancer, in classical ballet, from the age of six. She graduated from the Indiana University School of Music, with a major in Ballet. After a brief professional career, she retired from dancing to devote herself to her family. She later had a second career as an actuarial analyst and a computer programmer. She maintained her life-long interest in dance, giving lessons and supporting the ballet company of Houston. Funeral services were held on Friday, June 16, at Emanuel Memorial Park in Houston.
