Turns out The Rock won’t be walking tall for a while.

The wrestler-turned-actor ruptured his Achilles tendon Monday night while rehearsing for the Disney movie “The Game Plan,” the Boston Globe reports. He is scheduled to have surgery Friday.

The Rock stars as a pro-football player in the movie, which was to begin filming in Boston. He was working out Monday night in Winchester, Mass.

Now the movie is on ice until at least the fall, Disney said Tuesday.

“I anticipate that with some TLC, pizza and a lot of doughnuts, I will be making a speedy recovery,” The Rock said in a statement Tuesday. “… I promise that after surgery, I’ll work my butt off in rehab to make this movie happen.”
