He is survived by two sisters Denise (Herbert) Parker and Dawn (James) Green; loving brother of Douglas (Dorothy) White; survived by his father Duane H. White; dear uncle of four nieces and two nephews; great-uncle to two nieces. He is survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Preceded in death by his mother Donna.
