John T. Cusack, 88, of Littleton, CO, formerly of Chicago, Saturday, June 10. Born April 16, 1918 to the late Peter and Anna, nee Finley; loving husband of the late Agnes, nee Burke, of Massilon, OH; loving father of the late Margaret, Linnea (Ron) Bodine, Michael, John, Patrick, Mary, Kathleen (Jon) Beasley and Ralph Cusack; dear brother of Sara Kohler and “Papa John” to many grandchildren and cousins. Memorial Mass held at St. Thomas Moore Church of Centennial, CO on June 13, 2006. Interment with Agnes in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Remembrance memorial donations may be made to the “Teddy Bear Foundations” c/o Auxiliary at Swedish Medical Center, 501 East Hampden Ave., Englewood, CO 80113.
